MAD LAB

MAD LAB is a manufacturer of Belgian organic crackers, crispbreads and biscuits. For more than three years, we have been developing through organic shops and delicatessens in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and England.
We are committed to the circular economy and to reducing our environmental impact. We recover the spent grain from the beer brewing process and use it in some of our crackers. All our products are available also in bulk and we use 90 to 99% of local raw materials. Our crackers (except the cheese one) and cripbreads are vegan and everything is produced in our workshop in Brussel.
