In the beautiful Gargano peninsula, 12 km from San Giovanni Rotondo, where our memories belong to, we have started our farm business Sottolestelle, in the open countryside, among olive trees, almond trees and vast fields of cereals.
Since 1995, our company has been producing vegan and organic products.
We produce Italian biscuits for children and not, sourdough bread in more than 30 different types (for example: sprouted wheat, khorasan turanicum, with seeds, proteins, etc.), unleavened bread, crackers and snacks, gluten free products, yeast free products.
Also, we work in private labels with many important international organic brands.
