Kvarken Birch Syrup

Kvarken Birch Syrup is a family company producing birch syrup from pure sap, that is harvested in our own forests, in the archipelago of Kvarken, Finland. Sap is harvested during springtime, reduced using reverse osmosis and evaporation, leaving the sugar and minerals naturally contained in sap. The taste of birch syrup is complex, you will find it an excellent flavouring for different kinds of meat, salmon, marinades and sauces.
