Consorzio Gourm.it is a network of producers created in 2000 in Pegognaga, Mantua by some young parmesan cheese makers, dreaming of using technology to get their products known outside the traditional channels.
Today, we bring together a collection of small and medium-sized Italian food producers, promoting and exporting a range of high quality regional products that express the thousand nuances and the exceptional richness of Italian gastronomy.
