About the Supplier
NEROBIO TARTUFI is a farm located in the heart of the Marche region.
It has always been owned by the Polverari family which for two generations has cultivated 10 hectares of land and more than 1000 truffle plants, all strictly organic.
The company internally controls most of the production process, from plant care to research, from the study of new recipes to labeling.
