Cascine Orsine Byodinamic Farm

Cascine Orsine is one of the oldest Italian biodynamic farms, located west of Milan, in the hearth of the Ticino National Park, the property extends over 650 hectares, 350 of which are cultivated, the remaining part is kept as forest.
Specialized in the cultivation of rice, traditional crop in the plains of north Italy, it produces also barley and emmer, together with honey and wheat flour, all sold with the company brand, a smiling frog.
